Behavioral Medicine Network (BMN) is responsible for the management of mental health and substance abuse benefits on behalf of Bluegrass Family Health. Members are required to initiate a call to BMN for all of their mental health/chemical dependency needs. Providers interested in participating in the Bluegrass Family Health/BMN network, regardless of your location, should contact BMN.
