• Responsible for providing, information and action necessary for defined clinical initiatives,interacting with providers, and clinical support assistance to all departments.

High school education required, some college preferred. Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Experience in managed care industry strongly preferred. Maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Diamond. Strong result in orientation and ability to priortize and manage workload. Must have ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and detail oriented. Ability to communicate professionally with internal & external customers.
