Account Service Representative Nashville Office
This position reports to Director of Marketing, Tennessee
This position will be responsible for:
- The Account Service Representative will work with employer groups and independent insurance agents to provide service and education to newly acquired and renewal groups.

Responsibilities include proactive contacting of employer groups; schedule enrollment and renewal meetings, gather appropriate materials, distribute materials and explain benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred or college degree plus 3 years experience in the healthcare or health benefits field. Must have strong computer skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience necessary in Word for Windows, Excel, spreadsheets and database management preferred. Must be well organized and able to function and interact with staff of every department as well as management. Must maintain a professional demeanor at all times and be a team player.
Current Tennessee Health Insurance License. PR Representative – Data Administration, Nashville
This position reports to Supervisor, Provider Relations/Network Dev. - Nashville
This position will be responsible for:
- Maintain provider, member and client data in the ppoONE provider database used to support the Signature Health Alliance (SHA) business.
Proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
Ability to manage and meet strict deadlines.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Works well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational and decision making skills.
Experience working in the managed care field helpful, but not necessary.
Knowledge of Microsoft Products with Access being a plus.
High School Diploma – some college preferred.
One year of data entry experience.
